1General Terms and Acceptance

jetben ("platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting service operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the jetben website, mobile version and all related services.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the jetben platform.

When registering an account, you must:

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account from the same person, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses may be forfeited.

3Account Use and Security

3.1 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password
• Not share your login details with anyone
• Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure you log out after using a public or shared device

3.2 Personal Nature of Account

A jetben account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, renting or allowing anyone else to use the account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetben offers new members a 150% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• A deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000

The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 25 times (deposit + bonus). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Separate specific terms apply to each promotion, which will be stated on the promotion page
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus contribution
• Bonuses must be used within a set period from the time they are credited to the account
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless explicitly permitted
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jetben reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

jetben operates a three-tier VIP program with weekly cashback:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players can be promoted to a higher tier based on their volume and regularity of play. jetben reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jetben is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our games are supplied by established and recognised game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and are independently tested.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game session, jetben will attempt to restore the game from the last valid state according to server records. If the game cannot be restored, the bet will be cancelled and refunded.

• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical restrictions
• Conducting any form of cyber attack on the platform

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Any form of collusion with other players
• Making financial arrangements with others for the purpose of account transactions
• Unauthorised use of jetben's brand or copyrighted materials

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jetben

jetben reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or inconsistent information
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.
